Children under the age of 18 are permitted in the Exhibit Hall during show hours; however, they will not be permitted to attend any educational sessions. When in the Exhibit Hall, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have their meeting badge on at all times. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall during set-up and dismantling hours.  

Special Courses

Open to Medical Registrants Only:  Special Courses are ticketed sessions which offer in-depth interactive teaching on specific topics and provide enhanced experiences to learn practical skills and tools.  Advanced registration is encouraged as space is limited.

Meeting Policies

Registration Cancellation / Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed following the 2025 Spine Summit. Refunds for meeting registrations and all ticketed events will be made in accordance with the following schedule: 

  • Cancellations received on or before January 9, 2025, will be issued refunds less a $100 processing fee apart from Residents and Medical Students who will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. Ticketed Courses will be refunded in full until this date. 
  • APP Coupon Code Redemption: Any physician that registers an APP using their complimentary coupon code and then cancels their physician registration on or before January 9, 2025, will be refunded the physician registration fee minus $350 to cover the APP registration fee. 
  • Refunds may be issued after January 9, 2025, on a case-by-case basis. 
  • All refund requests must be received in writing by January 9, 2025. Requests accepted via: email: spinesummit@aans.org
