Exhibitor Prospectus

Exhibitor Registration

Each 10-foot by 10-foot booth is entitled to two complimentary exhibitor badges. Companies may purchase up to two additional badges per 10 x 10 booth at a discounted rate of $250 each. Any additional badges needed beyond this allotment can be purchased for $850 each. Please refer to the registration process for specific badge limits. Exhibitor badges are personal and cannot be transferred. All representatives of exhibiting companies must wear their official Spine Summit badges to access the Exhibit Hall and official events. Lost or stolen badges can be replaced on-site for $100 each.

Exhibitor Housing

A designated hotel block has been reserved at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and Tampa Marriott Water Street hotels for the 2025 Spine Summit. After you purchase your booth, the primary contact will be emailed a confirmation with a link to register for housing.

HelmsBriscoe is the official housing bureau, offering discounted rates, no booking fees, and the opportunity to earn hotel rewards. Exhibiting companies can book up to seven individual reservations or request a group reservation of eight or more rooms through the housing website or e-form.

The deadline to secure discounted Spine Summit hotel accommodations is Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Rules & Regulations

Adherence to the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations is mandatory for all participants. These guidelines are in place to ensure a successful event for exhibitors, attendees and the AANS/CNS Section on Disorders of the Spine & Peripheral Nerves. Failure to comply may result in the denial of future participation.
