This four-hour session will offer a meaningful overview of common treatment dilemmas faced by the APP in clinical and hospital settings. Didactic sessions will include educational updates about APP driven, multi-modal work up such as bone density, social determinants of health, selection of injections, and neuromodulation. A one hour “hands-on” session will include rotations through stations focusing on clinical exams for “spinal mimics:” hip, shoulder, and SI joint, screw placement with intraoperative imaging interpretation and patient selection and surgical technique of lateral and anterior interventions.
